Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement delivery plans, schedules, milestones, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project and delivery objectives. Monitor project progress, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues. Manage client expectations and maintain strong client relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle. Conduct regular status reviews and provide project/delivery reports to management and stakeholders. Track team performance and provide feedback to team members. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase delivery efficiency. Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Collaborate with business, technical, QA, and other teams to resolve delivery blockers. Support resource planning and prioritization across projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field. Proven experience in delivery management, project management, program management, or a similar role. Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder-management, and organizational skills. Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience with project/delivery management tools and methodologies. Ability to manage deadlines, risks, dependencies, and client expectations effectively.
