Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to patients. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor vital signs and patient health conditions. Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation. Assist physicians during medical procedures and emergencies. Follow infection-control and patient-safety protocols. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. Handle and monitor basic medical equipment. Work collaboratively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Required Qualifications
Nursing qualification such as ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing, or equivalent. 0–6 years of relevant nursing/clinical experience. Experience in patient care and medication administration. Knowledge of vital-sign monitoring and patient safety. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment.
